Introducing webmoney
webmoney was set up in 2001 by entrepreneur David Walker. He didn't see why insurance couldn't be more affordable and accessible to everyone. Or why it couldn't take effect immediately. So he decided a fresh approach was necessary and launched webmoney to solve the problem.
All the important cover at competitive prices
webmoney offers home insurance, life insurance, income protection and mortgage payment protection, all under the "protect" brand. It concentrates on keeping things simple and giving people a competitive insurance quote. And it doesn't disadvantage people who have had problems getting insurance in the past.
webmoney uses a range of reputable underwriters, including Lloyd's of London.
Why use webmoney?
...because when you apply with us you buy with us. Nine times out of 10 you will be covered as soon as you have completed your online application form. This is a key distinction from other insurance providers, which can typically only offer immediate cover in certain circumstances. Our policies, which offer a competitive price, are designed to be as inclusive as possible, and you'll be amazed at the individual circumstances which we can cover. For example, unlike with other insurance providers, occupation is not a factor determining whether you can buy accident, sickness or unemployment cover, and having insurance cancelled in the past will not stop us offering you home insurance.
